We need your help to establish an NGO to assist child victims of the Syrian war.
overview
The Hope Journey Project assists children who suffer from severe disfigurement and trauma, such as full-body burns, missing limbs, internal injuries, severe malnutrition, organ failure, facial deformities and emotional trauma. To date, Mohammed’s Hope Journey Project has helped 169 children to receive vital medical and psychological care.
To expand the reach of the Hope Journey Project Mohammed needs to form a nonprofit organization in Turkey. The Turkish government requires all not-for-profit associations to follow strict legal regulations to establish a physical office with a minimum of seven founding members. To approve the application the government officials visit the office to confirm that it is fully equipped and ready to operate.
benefits
Mohammed Ismail witnesses firsthand just how deeply children are affected by their physical injuries, severe scarring and emotional trauma.
Many of these angels are bedridden and suffering from extreme and constant pain and do no receive critical medical attention or even pain relief medicine because no one can afford to provide it to them. Living in agony and tears most of the time these babies experience profound psychological changes, such as deep depression, anxiety, PTSD, and self-isolation,.
Unfortunately, besides enduring unimaginable suffering from physical injuries, the children are also forced to endure a terrible sense of loneliness and separation from their peers, some of whom may unknowingly mock them for having deformities.
With your help, Mohammed’s Hope Journey can help solve these problems.
